Let me introduce myself. Friends and clients call me Pete - a very happy buyer dubbed me the "Househunter's Matchmaker" because, as Lori put it, "that's what you are". I'm also a retired USAF pilot with lots of flying stories, husband and father of four, guitarist, Catholic apologetics instructor, and maybe more important to you, fifteen years experience, five as Broker/Owner of Baccarella Properties in Colorado. Currently, I'm the managing broker for the Coldwell Banker Tomlinson West Plains office in Cheney, next to Bruchi's and Taco Bell.
I joined Tomlinson in August 2003. I've been the #1 agent in home sales for the Spokane West Plains area since 2007. Additionally, I've earned the nationally recognized designations for buyer's representative (ABR) Accredited Buyers Representative and the coveted e-PRO Technology Certification for the Internet Professional. My clients have graciously allowed me to provide you their contact information for references upon request. They have all purchased or sold homes in the West Plains, many are active duty stationed at Fairchild AFB. I moved back to this area for family reasons. I live in Cheney, where I bought a lot near Centennial Park and built our dream home after 12 moves in 30 years. Time to settle down! I met my wife, Jewel, while stationed at Fairchild in 1974. We have four children, two grandchildren, and two girls still at home. They both go to Eastern Washington University.
SUGGESTION Sellers: Don't List Your Home... unless it's both syndicated with and featured on the #1 Real Estate websites in America and the agent uses not only multiple photos, but a moving panoramic virtual tour with property info attachments, such as those in TourFactory.
SUGGESTION Buyers: In less than 2 hours at my home or work office in Cheney we can do the following: (1) Get acquainted. (2) Cover the home buying process from getting qualified to getting your keys.
